_*Step-by-Step Work Process....*_

1) Document Verification.

2) After Document Verification, for OWNER 1 Room, Owner-Media 2 Rooms will be Provided and
for Both side Media 2 Rooms. Rooms will be arranged By Officers or Registered Funder.

3) MOU Between OWNER & FUNDER. At the time of MOU, 10 Lacs to OWNER & No
advance to Media in Bangalore.

4 ) After KYC Verification, FUNDER will RELEASE 5 Cr to OWNER & 5 Cr to MEDIA.

5) When Biometric details are checked and Confirmed by RBI, AGREEMENT will be done.

6) After Biometric & KYC is Successfully done, then 7% (of 30%) to OWNER'S Account and 3% (of
10%) to MEDIA will be RELEASED within 72 hours by RBI.

7) After Agreement & Advance payment is made, Yours’s & all the Media personnel's payments will
be released by RBI directly into their respective Bank Accounts in 20 working days.

8) Total Transaction will be only in White and not in any other form of payment.

9) Ratio is as follows -
• OWNER : 30%.
• MEDIA : 10% (A B C)
*OWNER'S DECLARATION cum ACKNOWLEDGEMENT -* I, the undersigned,
, hereby Agree & Accept All the above-mentioned Terms
& Conditions completely and in totality. I also state that, I have in My Own possession, all My KYC
ORIGINAL documents viz. AADHAAR CARD, PAN CARD, VOTER ID, PASSPORT etc, including
All the relevant ORIGINALS of Letters / Correspondence from RBI & other documents pertaining to
the said work, which would be shown and produced before appropriate RBI / Govt. Authorities /
Officials for Verification purpose, as and when demanded. Moreover, I also declare that, I have NOT
created any 3rd-Party Right, Title, Interest, Claim, Charges over any of those ORIGINAL Documents,
by way of Lien, Mortgage, Hypothecation etc to any Person, Company, Bank, NBFC / Financial
Institution etc. Besides, My particular MOBILE NUMBER & E-MAIL ID, registered with the RBI, is
very much ACTIVE & RUNNING, and I can receive CALLS, OTPs /
MESSAGES, E-MAILS etc, as on date, which I understand, is Mandatory for successful
execution and completion of this work. Finally, I Declare & Acknowledge that, All the information
furnished by me, herein above, are True & Authentic and if subsequently found out otherwise, I
myself alone will be solely responsible and liable for the
consequences.
