Courses
➢ Launch courses on new technology that is in demand at reasonable prices so that many
students can take advantage of it and enroll for the course.

➢ Host certified webinars or workshops so that could spread the word about company and more
students would show interest to enroll.

➢ Financial Aid Offers: Capable students could contribute to the company in terms of profit. We
could give them an opportunity by providing financial aid like how an e-learning site
@coursera does.

➢ Refer & Earn Schemes: We can give enrolled students an opportunity to refer their friends and
get enrolled in the programs. This will benefit both referrer and referee to have certain
amount of benefits once the referral loop is completed.

MIS
➢ DIY analytics tool: For an effective MIS, custom requirements play a huge role. We could
combine the common requirements of our clients and come up with a DIY tool. We could give
them options to customize as per their needs. This would help reach out to potential clients
easily and create opportunities.

Common Initiative
➢ YouTube videos: YouTube is a trusted platform that could help company connect with many
students, clients, etc. We could create short videos on our current and upcoming products.
This would attract the clients and students to opt for our solutions and adoption of the
product would increase.
