The Vietnam war was something that we as a nation should never have gotten into the

United States getting involved in something we should not be in and how it was not worth it in

the end. The war was a great way of showing that we needed to stay out of foriegn affairs and

that we need to focus on our nation before we go into other ones.

It's been long argued that the U.S should never have invaded Vietnam due to it being an

internal conflict and its political state did not influence the day to day operations of America. But

nevertheless we did and it's something that many in the U.S regret doing and it one of the

biggest regrets of the nation's history. This is something that we still do today and it was a good

lesson that we learned from. Now we are starting to get less and less involved in foreign affairs.

Although recently we have started to be more involved as a nation in the foreign affairs.

The Vietnam War was not worth getting into because we as a nation had nothing to gain

from it as they entered to stop the spread of communism. In the end with the geographical and

political location of Vietnam it was extremely unlikely that it would have changed it. With the

location being right next to China which at the time was the epicenter of communism and was

actively spreading its ideas and usings its influence to spread it.

Lastly, the main thing that we learned from the Vietnam War was that we need to focus

on the U.S before we go into other nations. We did not have a reason to go into another nation

let alone if it was going to create as many problems at home as it did and become one the most

controversial issues in American history.

In conclusion the Vietnam war was something that we as a nation should never have

gotten into the United States getting involved in something we should not be in and how it was

not worth it in the end.
