Both students loved this book! They enjoyed following the alphabet letters
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr. and John through the book and seeing what would happen next. I did struggle to keep
Archambault the students both quiet through the book because they wanted to sing the

Writing I allowed the students to create a sentence together. Omega began the
sentence by saying "The ABCs fell" and then Knora finished the sentence by

Word Study Word Study

I have already done a final assessment on Knora, so this session I
will be assessing Omega with the DIBELS first sound fluency
assessment, DIBELS letter naming fluency assessment, and the
Dolch List for Kindergarten assessment.
I will have an onset and rime activity for Knora to complete while
I am assessing Omega.
This week was difficult to keep both students entertained while completing
different activities. Omega was less focused on the assessment, so his levels
made not be completely correct due to his distraction. Knora was very
demanding for attention while I was working directly with Omega, which
made it hard to stay focused on what I was doing with Omega. I think this
was the most challenging tutoring session I have had with both students.
