VALIDITY: This list will come into force at 00:00 hours on 15th November, 2021 and
will be valid until 23:59 hours on 21st November, 2021.

Countries and areas in the European Union / European Economic Area

Inclusion criteria: dark red, red, orange and grey risk areas, based on the combined indicators
according to Council Recommendation 2020/1475 and its subsequent amendments

*Note: the areas included in brackets are considered to be at risk. If no areas are specified,
the whole country is considered at risk.

Recommendation (EU) 2021/1945 of 9 November 2021, amending Recommendation (EU)
2020/912 on the temporary restriction on non-essential travel into the EU and the possible lifting of
such restriction.
