Scholarship as part of the program Teaching Internationally

between the University of Greifswald, Germany,

and the University of Languages and International Studies (VNU, Hanoi)

The scholarships of the program Teaching Internationally are primarily intended for
particularly high-performing second-year (2rd) Bachelor students majoring in teaching
English as a foreign language and to promote mobility for learning purposes.
One (01) scholarship can be awarded for the winter semester 2022. The amount of
the scholarship is 1,475 euros for travel expenses and 861 euros for accommodation
cost per month. The stay lasts five (05) months, starting from October 2022 to March
2023.

Semester. These courses are just for SY 2021-2022, so they should be used only for
reference purpose.

To be eligible to receive the scholarship, applicants must

(i) be a second-year student majoring in teaching English, who is studying in at FELTE,
ULIS, VNU Hanoi
(ii) have VSTEP C1, IELTS 7.0, TOEFL iBT 95 or higher (expired results are accepted)
(iii) have a CGPA of at least 3.0 for semesters 1, 2 and 3
(iv) have contribution to social activities, Youth/Student Union work, or have
achievements/participation in innovation, research and entrepreneurship projects.

The application deadline is April 20th, 2022.

Application documents consist of a letter of motivation (1 page, size 12, spacing 1.3), a
complete curriculum vitae (with ID photo; necessary evidence is needed), transcript of
grades for semesters 1, 2 and 3, and English proficiency score certificate.
