Greetings of peace and goodwill.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to you and to SDO –
Camarines Sur for the classrooms repair initiative. They are now much more conducive to
learning, especially that our school is already gearing towards limited face-to-face classes.
However, upon visiting my repaired classroom, I have noted a few things that need to be
repaired/replaced. Hence, as my School Head, may I humbly appeal that you please relay to the
contractor said concerns for their appropriate action while repair work in our school is still on-
going.

Attached herewith are the photos of the parts in my classroom that need to be
repaired/replaced for your reference.
