1) Smt. Sangeeta Kumari Panda, aged about 40 years, W/o. Prasanta Kumar Palo,
Anganbadi worker, Block/PS: Purushottampur, working at Vill: Raipur, Near
Taratarini Temple, Dist. Ganjam, Odisha.
2) Prasant Kumar Palo, aged about 51 years, S/o. Late Abhimanyu Palo, Typist by
profession.
Above 1 & 2 are residing at Rama Krishna Nagar 1st Lane, Berhampur City, PS:
Baidyanathpur, Dist. Ganjam, Odisha

Complaint lodged by above named Complainant � 1st Party against the
respondents � 2nd party members most respectfully showeth :-
1) That my father Late Abhimanyu Palo died on 17.11.2015 leaving behind him
wife. (My Mother) Damayanti Palo, five sons (1) Rabindra Kumar Palo, (2) Prafulla
Kumar Palo, (3) Prasant Kumar Palo, (4) Pradip Kumar Palo, (5) Mrutyunjaya Palo,
and one daughter (6) Miss Rajalaxmi Palo (myself) remain unmarried. That a
residential house stands in the name of my mother Smt. Damayanti Palo and she is
also getting family pension. That all of my brothers are earning members. My mother
is aged about 75 years and suffering from Diabetic, H.B.P, Hypertension. Out of my
five brothers Pradip Kumar Palo and Mrutyunjaya Palo are unmarried. The Respondent
No. 2, Smt. Sangeeta Kumari Panda, W/o. Prasant Kumar Palo the Respondent No. 2.
She is working as a Anganbadi worker at Vill. Raipur, Purushottampur Block, P.S.
Purushottampur under I.C.D.S office of C.D.P.O. Purushottampur and getting monthly
salary. Her husband being a typist, the respondent No. 2 has sound monthly income
but both the respondents are demanding share from the house of my mother which is
her self-acquired property during her lifetime and also claiming share from family
pension of my mother.
During the life time of my mother, the respondents are not entitled to get
share from her house and pension amount when my mother, myself and other four
brothers objecting the claim of respondents, they are causing atrocity to using
force and threat and also giving mental and physical torture on dtd. 18-12-2014,
13-02-2015, 20-06-2015, 15-06-2016, 22-12-2017, 18-05-2018, 15-05-2019, 25-11-2019,
02-12-2019, 24-02-2020, 17-06-2020, 24-06-2020, 27-07-2020, 16-08-2020, 05-10-2020,
23-10-2020 and thereafter.
Both the respondents in connivance with one outsider ex-employee of Berhampur
University, Law Dept. and other anti-socials, Prasant Kumar Palo and his wife Smt.
Sangeeta Kumari Panda abusing us in filthy language �Bedhei, Guduseti, Randi,
Gandimorei etc. assaulting and attacking us, arming with sticks and vegetable
cutter (paniki). They have beaten my brother, when we protested their unlawful high
handed action, they are threatening to kill us. The Respondent No. 1 handled with
vegetable cutter (Poniki) attacked us and caused cut injury on the left lower arm
and face of Miss Maheswari Palo the daughter of my brother Rabindra Kumar Palo.
Both the Respondents threw wooden chair to Smt. Sabita Palo, Wife of Rabindra Kumar
Palo and caused injury on different parts of her body and caused injury on the
right lower lid and cheeks of Maheswari Palo. Their attacks were reported on
alleged dates in the Baidyanathpur P.S., Berhampur and also filed grievance
petitions before the S.P., Berhampur and Ganjam. As the police and district
collector and Baidyanathpur police did not take any action, the respondents became
more violent and attacking me, my mother and my other brothers and threatening us
to take our lives and to take away the house stands in the name of my widow, old
and sick mother. During her life time, although legally they are not entitled to
claim share in her house, they are giving threat, force and torture and causing
breach of peace and propagation to cause bloodshed by demanding lakhs of rupees
from time to time to me and my other brothers and they have snatched away money
kept with me by withdrawing from my S.B. Account. The Respondent No. 1 (Sangeeta
Kumari Panda) although has been working as Anganabadi worker, she is not going to
her place of job.
Therefore myself, and other brothers are afraid of the Respondents and we
apprehend danger to our life and property in their hands at any time. Therefore
atrocity in the above manner is complained before your honour as narrated above
manner seeking protection and lawful action against them for which act of your
kindness I will be grateful to you.
