How to Make a Protein Shake

A protein shake is the perfect replacement for a meal during the day.  It is a healthy alternative to a
quick snack and is so easy to make. A protein shake is a dietary supplement that is proven to increase
muscle mass and strength within 8 weeks. For pre-workout and cardiocardio, it is proven to enhance
strength, performanceperformance, and stamina. For post-workout whey protein provides fuel for
muscle growth and recovery, and on the non-training days or for in between meals it provides high
quality protein and critical amino acids to fuel the muscle while in recovery from intense training.

How to Prepare: Ingredients:
