Hi my name is Estevão and today I will talk about how beer is made

First of all I would like to know when do you think the first glass of beer was drunk?
Well the first glass of beer was drunk by Sumarians in 4000BC, but back then they didn't use
hops in the process. I'll come back to that later.
The beer process is

mashing is the process of combining a mix of ground grains and water, after they were
mixed they pass through a drying tube

You remember I told you that they didn’t use hops, but know we do. We discovered that hops
add flavor and aroma to beer, so the beer taste way better.

raising the temperature of the mash to 77 °C (170 °F). This stops the enzymatic conversion of
starches to fermentable sugars.

we cool down the liquid and the add yeast to ferment

The result of this process is then poured into a filter system that remove solid particle in the
drink
