PRAYER

Wherefore in the light of facts presented, issues raised, arguments advanced and authorities cited,
the counsels on behalf of the Respondent humbly pray before the Hon’ble Court that it may be
pleased to adjudge and declare that:

1. The writ petition filed by Freedom for All under Article 32 of the Constitution of Diana is
not maintainable.

2. The Epidemic (Amendment) Act, 2021 is not violative of Part III of the Constitution of
Diana as it does not violate Article 14, Article 21 and Article 13(2).

3. The regulation issued by the State of Ariana is not unconstitutional as it does not violate
Right to Movement, Right to Health and Right to privacy of the people, and is not ultra
vires to the Epidemic Act, 1897

Or pass any order, direction or relief that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interests of
justice, equity and good conscience and for this act of kindness of your lordships the Respondent
shall as duty bound ever pray.
