Time – 1 ½ Hour Maximum Marks – 30

Part - A

Attempt all question of this Part. Each question carries 5 marks.

1) Draft an application for temporary injunction in a suit for permanent


injunction on behalf of your client so that the defendant is prevented
from forcibly and illegal dispossessing your client from a house.
Mention also under which order and rule you will file the application.

2) Your client is a well do to businessman and he has been named in FIR under
section 376 IPC. He approaches you fearing that he will be arrested soon
and wants to avoid being arrested. Draft the application on assumed and
plausible grounds you will file for him to avoid his being arrested.

Part – B
Attempt any two questions. Each question carries 10 marks.

3) Anita and Bimal Kumar were married under the Hindu marriage Act in
the year 2018 at Ambala. They have a one year old child born out of
the wed lock. In a quarrel over a petty matter the wife has left the
matrimonial house at Patiala and has gone to live with her parents at
Ambala. The husband approaches you and as his advocate under
which section of the Hindu Marriage Act will you file the petition in
order to request the Court to make the wife come back to her
matrimonial house? Draft the petition for the husband.

4) The JMIC in a criminal complaint case under section 323/34IPC has


ordered summoning of your client. Your clients asserts that it is a false and
frivolous case and instructs you to file a petition in the appropriate court of
law to get the impugned order set aside . Draft the petition taking suitable
grounds.

5) The Collector of Patiala has cancelled the arms license of your client vide
order dated 20-1-2021 without giving notice or chance of being heard. He
has also lost the time for filing an appeal against the order. So draft
writ of a mandamus.

6) Suresh Kumar has a Shop cum office at Grain Market Patiala and wants to
exchange it with the house of Anil Kumar situated at Azad Nagar Patiala,
Draft an Exchange Deed.
