Javascript, and Bootstrap. The admin has an important role here, he/she has to
approve the complaints about the proceeding processes. He/She is in charge of
managing the data in the database such as the category and subcategory of the
complaint. The admin is the one who can update the status of each complaint. The
users can register their account or system credential at the public side of the system.
They can submit their complaint or queries by filling up the form provided in the system.
They can also view the history of their complaints where they can see the update of the
status of their complaints.
