Passengers heading to intermediate destinations that are in phase 1, due to issues outside the
company, please confirm drop-off availability.

To board the bus it is mandatory to have a mobility pass enabled or a negative PCR (less than 48 hours
before departure) and carry an identity card. No refund will be made if the passenger does not meet
these requirements.

Cancellations
The cancellation of the trip can be done only online at Talca Paris y Londres website (NOT at agency), until 4 hours
before the time of the trip. For each cancellation 15% of the value of your ticket will be retained (Art . 67 DS 212).

Changes
You can change the date and time of your tickets 2 hours before the departure time directly in the offices of Talca Paris y
Londres, not online.
Semi-cama seats can only be changed for semi-cama seats and salón-cama seats for salón-cama seats
Online cancellations only allowed when the ticket date and hours of travel have not been changed by the customer. If a ticket
bought in Recorrido.cl is changed in a physical agency of the bus company and then you want to cancel it, then you need to
go to a physical agency to do so.
