Corn cake

8 Serves

Ingredients
 1 ¼ cups of yellow corn kernels (210g)
 1 ¼ cups of white corn kernels (210g)
 2 ½ cups of flour (375 g)
 2 cups of condensed milk (600mL)
 ½ cups of “Philadelphia” cream cheese (95 g)
 6 eggs
 1 tablespoon of baking powder
 1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
 90 g of Butter
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180° C
2. Blend the white and yellow corn kernels, flour, condensed milk,
“Philadelphia” cream cheese, eggs, baking powder and the vegetable oil
until get a homogeneous mixture.
3. Grease and floured a cake pan with butter
4. Pour the mixture in the cake pan.
5. Bake for 45 minutes or until fluffy and cooked through.
6. Unmold and let cool the cake.
7. Enjoy it
