Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to apply for the position of Executive Engineer in XYZ company. I came
to know about this job opening via the advertisement that was published in The Tribune.

I am currently pursuing Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Punjabi

University Patiala. Right now, I am in final(4th year) of my graduation which will complete by
June, 2022. At university, I have been constantly performing well in academics with an
aggregate GPA of 7.8. Also, I constantly keep on working over my skill set and updating and
improving on my skills according to the ongoing tech demands. I am well versed with
Welding Technology, Machining tools .

I have done my summer training at Setia Paper Mill where I grabbed knowledge about boiler,
turbine etc . Also, I have used my knowledge to build various projects as mentioned in my
resume. I have keen interest in Welding and CAD development. Apart from that, I spend my
free time in CAD developing. I love sharing my knowledge with other.

I am really interested in working with XYZ company as an Executive Engineer. I believe that
with all my available skill set and knowledge, am an appropriate candidate for this post. I
