sector can be varied - right from your personal interest and inclination towards the sector to a sector
where you see growth in near future.

Please describe in 250 words as to why you want to pick that particular sector.

The retail sector is composite of all companies that sell goods or services to consumers eg.
Electronics, healthcare, building materials, motor vehicles etc.

Retail sector generally depend on demand and supply of products and services. This sector is very
volatile due to purchasing power. If purchasing power of consumers increase then they will create
demand for the company. Finally, the share price of that compony also increase, besides this if
consumers have low demand or low purchasing power then retail sector stocks decrease.

Although, Whole world is facing of corona virus so all industry affected but retail sector is important
part of human necessities.

As on the other side, India is going towards developed country so real estate is also growing. Real
estate Industries face boom in share market when economic indicators like inflation rate, interest
rate, countries GDP growth etc. shows the positive indication and investors are more investing in the
real estate.
If economic indicators are negative then real estate face bearish indication. So, real estate is totally
depended on countries position.

of opportunity to develop and create new things. Therefore, research project will help me to study
