For this event in terms of PR it needs to be heavily promoted be it on social media or

signage around campus. A FAQ sheet would be adequate to provide to the public regarding
common questions that students usually ask regarding the event. Adding this event into the
school newspaper publication would be a great way to get the word out to students.

The class should consider choosing my suggestion because music monday is an event
that everyone can relate too and participate in. In my two years at Dillard music monday has
always been something that us as the students look forward to every week. Music monday is an
essential part of the Dillard Experience, it allows students to build relationships with different
students. Music Monday also provides a space for students to freely express themselves and
music is often the outlet for people to be free and release inner stessers. Music Monday is very
flexible and is able to be done several different ways so students aren't always presented with
the same event.
