CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION MANAGEMENT

INDIVIDUAL REFLECTIVE JOURNAL

Requirements about content:

This journal should be a chance for you to reflect upon your experience with creativity or
creative thinking.
 Describe one or several experiences where you came up something unusual, new ways of
doing things, novel ideas, and interestingly new solutions to certain problems. Be specific
with your "stories".
 Reflect on your stories. Examples: What do you learn? Would you do differently next
time? How could you apply what you learn in the course to make you more creative? Do
you think Creativity is necessary? How is it important?...
Requirements about presentation:
 The journal should be maximum three page long
 Creative presentation is highly encouraged (extra credits).

 If not creative, make sure your journal looks professional with formal business style
using Arial 12 or Times New Roman 13 font size and 1.5 spacing.

This individual reflective journal is due on 8th March 2022. All students must submit
softcopies to your class leader. All late work is not allowed to submit. This rule is not
waived under any circumstances.
