1. No evidence of deep vein thrombosis in right lower extremity.
2. Reflux at right saphenofemoral junction (duration : 1064ms).
3. Septate cystic mass, just deep to the right popliteal artery (3.4cm in length).
     -> DDx. resolving hematoma, complicated cyst, soft tissue tumor with cystic/necrotic change

2013-08-08 시행한 lower extremity angio-CT 상
Diffuse concentric-eccentric, calcific-mixed  plaques 가 left lower extremity arteries 전장에 걸쳐
관찰됨.

금번 US 상에서도 비슷한 소견으로 관찰됨.

Calcific plaques 에 의한 artifact 로 morphologic diameter stenosis 평가에 제한이 있음.

Spectral Doppler image 상,

Distal common femoral artery 에 PSV 가 External iliac artery 의 정상적인 PSV 보다 높은 151cm/s 가
관찰되나
Lower extremity 에서 200cm/sec 이상의 PSV 를 보이는 부분은 없어서 50-99%의 diameter reruction
은 없을 것으로 보임.
50%미만의 stenosis 는 많아 보임.

Diffuse concentric-eccentric, calcific-mixed  plaques in left lower extremity arteries

Left posterior elbow 에 soft tissue bulging contour 가 관찰됨.

Dermis-olecranon process 사이에 bilobular, well defined, irregular soft tissue mass lesion 있음.
3.0x0.8x3.8cm 으로 측정됨.
Wall layering 이 관찰되며 peripheral wall 및 surrounding soft tissue 에 increased vascularity 가
관찰됨.
Probable olecranon bursitis (3.0x0.8x3.8cm)

Buttock 근처의 low back midline 부위의 subcutaneous fat layer 내에 3.0x2.6x1.8cm sized
heterogeneous low echoic soft tissue lesion 이 있음. 이 병변은 그 경계가 분명하고, small
echogenic and anechoic foci 가 scattering 되어 있으며, capsular wall 주위로 calcification 소견이
동반되어 있음.
Mass lesion 주위로 vascular flow signal 이 관찰됨.
초음파 probe 으로 눌렀을 때 약간 compression 됨.
인접 deep muscle layer 로 invasion 소견 없음.
