Depending on PRV availability and lead time, ACT may procure PRVs at standard pressures that are readily
available. Dependent on the specific requirements of the relevant cryogenic tank design, ACT may adjust the
pressure setting (up or down). In this instance ACT will provide this certification document in addition to the
OEM PRV certification document. ACT assumes the responsibility of complying all necessary regulatory
requirements.
