Subject: Incident Report about disturbance in the work place.

Included in this memo is a report about a disturbance in the work place that involves the Grasshopper.

During work hours we have had numerous complaints from the mosquitos and I about the Grasshopper
that includes him drinking on the job and playing loud music which in turn prohibited multiple
employees from getting their jobs done. I contacted security to remove the Grasshopper from the
premises.

I am not sure what you would like to do about his future here with Nature Boyz Incorporated but I am
writing this memo to inform you about the Grasshoppers conduct in the work place.
