AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, LHENDON V. ACEDO, 21, single, resident of Purok 10 Habitat Village,

Tabalong, Dauis, Bohol, after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and state THAT:

01. I was present and personally saw the accused, KENNETH A.

LABESORES, committed the crime of MURDER against the victim AARON
JAY B. VILLAPANA;

02. That the truth of the matter is that, on September 20, 2020, past 9:30 in
the morning, I was passing by the area going home when I noticed my
neighbors, namely Aaron Jay B. Villapana and Kenneth Labesores arguing
with each other because of Tong-its, a card game.

03. That few moments later, I saw Kenneth A. Labesores ran away, heading
to his house, and came back holding a knife, his face filled with anger and
frustration based on his facial expressions.

04. That as such, I saw the suspect stab the victim four times. The suspect hit
his left and right side portion of the victim’s abdomen, neck, and chest.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to

support the filing of Criminal Cases against KENNETH A. LABESORES for violations of
ARTICLE 248 OF THE REVICED PENAL CODE.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto affixed my signature this 21st day of

September, 2020 at Dauis Municipal Police Station, Bohol.
