Location
One of the major reasons behind establishing such kind of restaurant in Western Australia is
due to the impact of Covid-19 on world of tourism. Due to Covid-19, there is a huge fall in
tourism and also it has restricted people from flying to other places due to which Australians
are finding it difficult to enjoy their holidays at their desired place. So, in order to reduce
their stress a Bali themed restaurant is being planned with sea facing front in Western
Australia so that people can enjoy the place and can feel like being in Bali.
When discussing ethnic cafe in Western Australia, a great many people will naturally
consider Chinese, Indian, And Thailand food. As per reports that in Western Australia,
Thailand eatery has the most noteworthy number of ethnic cafe and follow with Chinese and
Italian cafe. Despite the fact that in this region of Australia the quantity of the ethnic eatery is
high, by including our idea will making an alternate air, since it may be the main idea ethnic
themed restaurant made in Western Australia. (Davis & Lockwood, 2018)
The immediate contender for the idea is totally the Thailand, Indian, and Italian eatery, since
they previously selling ethnic food in Western region of Australia for quite a while and the
vast majority previously been appended to the ethnic food that influence their food culture
too, that is the reason the idea of Bali theme restaurant have a major test to look on turning
into an effective idea. Thus, by making an idea about Bali themed cafe will draw in a major
number of clients particularly Australian or numerous worldwide residents that haven't got

the opportunity to visits Bali, so they ready to get the opportunity to feel a brief look at Bali.

Design/Ambience
For the restaurants, the design and ambience are equally responsible as the menu and taste of
food to get into the eyes of more and more customers. The restaurant should be lavish,
luxurious and beautiful. Keeping all these facts in mind, the planned restaurant is going to be
traditional Balinese with mix of Australian culture. The restaurant will offer guests an
intimate stay in private thatched roofed villas, with spectacular views of the Ocean. Beautiful
view with comfortable cushioned couches and tables will be provided along with free wi-fi.
A separate chamber of wooden furniture, aquarium wall and outer dining area will be
provided to the customers wishing to dine outside the restaurant. Along with this, small
cottage chambers will be given to the customers wishing for little privacy and want to enjoy
the view of beautiful beach. During night a light show will be organised so that customers
can enjoy their time with a happy and bright moment. The customers can also take advantage
of the different spa treatments, which include exotic oil and warm volcanic stone massages,
allowing for total relaxation and relives of stress. (Kotler & Bowen, 2017)
The restaurant will provide food, drinks and enough area as per the requirement of the
customer so that they enjoy the place to the fullest. Waiters and receptionist will be available
there for the customers all the time. Also, some extra services will be provided depending on
the season. Food and beverages will be available for dine in as well as for home delivery.
Ambience will be provided looking up at the luxury of the customers. One manager, two
receptionists (rotation wise), five cooks, fifteen waiters and four guards or volunteers are
what the initial planning of staffing includes. This number can vary in future depending on
the necessity of the employees.
Marketing
For such a concept to be established in a well proposed manner, it is quite important that its
marketing should be done in a very accurate way. In order to do marketing, it is important to
know the target segment of the restaurant. Talking about the target market, people who are
eager to visit places surrounded by ocean and are on a little break from their busy life are the
main target segment of the restaurant. The restaurant will provide healthy food and beverages
3
along with everything which is required at such place, so children, adults and old people, all
can enjoy the restaurant.
The restaurant is planned with an initial investment of 55000 Australian Dollars and its huge
part will be invested in promotional activities as marketing can attract customers. With the
starting month of the restaurant there will be exciting complementary offers which will attract
more and more people to enjoy the service. Also, for marketing purpose the visiting
customers will be provided with the discount coupons which they can use later when they
visit the restaurant or they can give it as a gift to their loved ones for making them enjoy the
place. Talking about the profit, with the planned processes, if everything goes fine the
restaurant will be able to produce enough revenue to meet the loan requirements in a very
early period of time.
