Joint Venture Agreement

We, Root Engineering Electro Mechanical Contractor and Continental Engineering Sub

Contractor are entered to a joint venture agreement to execute the construction of Woin Weha

West Water Treatment Project in joint cooperation which is located in Amhara regional state,

East Gojjam Zone Woin Weha town under take bid project with reference No: ጢእ/02/2022 አዲስ

ዘመን ጋዜጣ and with this we declare that:

A) ALL partners are being jointly and severally liable for the execution of the contract in

accordance with the contract terms

B) Root Engineering Electro Mechanical Contractor is a leading firm and nominated as

being in charge , and shall have power to obtain & submit the tender document ,

sign the bid proposals , contract agreements , if any and also authorized to incur

liabilities and receive instructions for and on behalf of any and all partners for the

joint venture and,

C) Continental Engineering will undertake the supply of the materials specified in the

Bid of the bid project with reference No: ጢእ/02/2022 አዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ 04/07/2014

Supply and Installed the project.

E) Continental Engineering Bank Address : Account name:

Bank: Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Account No:

 F) This JV agreement shall take effect provided that Root Engineering gets award for

the project and will last and be binding until the completion of the project.

In witness hereof, the parties here to have executed this JV agreement on the date mentioned

hereof.
