1-2. Give a task of a Committee Chairperson.

 Leads the committee members in coordinating its set-up in delineating committee

functions and activities.
 Maps out member's plans, methods, and strategies in order to carry out the work of the
committee.
3-4. Give a task of a Committee Co-Chair.
 Performs such other duties as may be assigns to him by the Committee Chairman, the
Committee itself and or the Executive Committee.
 Assumes the functions and of the Chairman in case the latter’s absence or incapacity.
5-6. Give a task of the Committee Members.
 Attend regular or emergency meetings of the committee. 
 Accept willingly and freely committee work assignments in the spirit of true and
selfless service.
7. He or she acts as a liaison between his committee and the Executive Committee.
