marketing. I believe that I can be a good fit for this position. During my university life, I have
taken part in university taekwondo performance event as an organizing committee member and I
was in charge of budgeting, creating marketing strategy, selling tickets as well as liaising with
sponsors. This event had equipped me with strong communication skills and trained me to be a

After graduating from secondary school, I worked part-time job as a clerk in the marketing
department. My main job is to track sales data and liaising with customers. From this part-time
job, I noticed that I am interested in job scope of the marketing department. So, I went to my
father's company to help in the second year of my diploma. The job scope I was in the company
was product purchases, transportation, inventory and to manage the company's social media
account. Fortunately enough, I able to help the company to increase 15% for the followers in the
Facebook page. It is very hard to work while studying, but, because of this job, my ability to
withstand stress and arrange time has improved rapidly. (66)

From these previous job experience, I found that there is still a lot to learn in the marketing
department. Therefore, I went to Microsoft Malaysia Snd Bhd to apply the position as online
marketer for my internship program. I have learned a lot of this from this company. The job
scope I was in this company was designing posters and to manage their social media account.
The software that I used are Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. With the previous
experience, I am more familiar with managing social platform accounts. In this time, I able to
help the company to increase 30% for the followers in the Facebook page and Instagram page.

I notice that marketing could be a very challenging job. However, I really enjoy the sense of
achievement. Therefore, I have made up my mine to pursue my career in this industry. I really
