With reference to the above noted subject, the undersigned is to inform that Final Gradation List of Head Clerks under Public Works Directorate as on 01.04.2022 is prepared and being enclosed along with this Memo. ‘The Gradation List has been prepared on the basis of the Draft Gradation List of Head Clerks under Public Works Directorate as on 01.02.2022 circulated vide Public Works Directorate’s Memo No.5343-E-/PW/G/E-Il/6P-02/17 dated 16.02.2022 and as per available records based on opinions submitted by respective Offices of Public Works Directorate. It is also to be informed that some posts in the Cadre of Head Assistant under P.W. Directorate are lying vacant and in order to fill up these vacant posts by promotion of Head Clerks under P.W. Directorate- He/ She is requested to send A.P.R.s for last 3{three) financial years and up to 31.03.2022 including Service Details as attached in respect of the above mentioned employees under his/her jurisdiction. ‘The desired A.P.R.s may please be forwarded with due recommendation to this office within 15{fifteen) working days from the date of issue of this memo positively failing which the incumbent will not be considered for promotion and the concerned office will be responsible for any future legal complication arises thereof. The office of the Chief Engineer (H.Q.) will not be responsible for such non- receipt of promotion. In this connection, the following information’s may please be forwarded: 1. Whether the incumbent was previously offered promotion to the post of Head Assistant If so, the number and date of such promotion order may please be indicated. 2.
