A. Mode of Examination: The Examination will be held in two successive stages, viz. (1) Written Test (Objective) (2) Personality Test, as detailed below: Written Test: The OMR based Written Examination of 200 marks consisting of multiple choice, objective type of 100 questions of carrying 2 (two) marks each will be conducted. There will be negative marking of 1 (one) mark each for every incorrect / wrong answer. Question will be set in English and time allowed will be 2 (two) hours Personality Test: 40 marks Candidates about 3 (three) times of the vacancy, will be called on merit basis for Personality Test, subject to obtaining qualifying marks @ 45% for General Candidates, @ 40% 0.8.C. (A) & O.B.C. (B) Candidates and @ 35% for S.C., S.T. &P.H. Candidates. B. Syllabus for written Test: For the post of Junior Assistant Manager under WBECSC: General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Science, Indian History, Indian Geography, Indian Economy, Environment, Indian Constitution, General English Language, Mathematics (Madhyamik standard), Reasoning and Computer Fundamental course. For the post of Procurement Officer Equivalent to the rank of Junior Assistant Manager under WBECSC: General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Science, Indian History, Indian Geography, Indian Economy, Environment, Indian Constitution, General English Language, ‘Mathematics (Madhyamik standard), Reasoning and Computer Fundamental course. For the post of Accounts Officer & DDO (Equivalent to the rank of Junior Assistant Manager, Finance) under WBECSC: General Knowledge & Current Affairs, General English Language, Mathematics (Madhyamik standard), Reasoning, Accountancy, Computer Knowledge and Financial Accounting Course (Tally etc.). In case of non-receipt of Admit Card or any difficulty in downloading Admit Card Candidate may contact Commission’ s Office for issuing Admit Card on 25.02.2021 & 26.02.2021 between 11,00A.M. and 4.00 P.M. Candidates are requested to bring proper ID proof & documents with recent passport size photograph to collect the Admit Card.
