I am writing the email to inform you some updated information regarding to our Wincote
XWS products which will be re-launched in next period. At a meeting on last Friday, we
discussed about the changes we want to make for these products. They are as follows:
Price: We offer reasonable price comparing with the price last time of launching. The price
for man jacket and woman jacket does not the same, it is slightly difference with 5%
Product: We modify the original design. The new design makes our customers more
comfortable with unique qualities. We target to the young customers from the age of 16-30.
The colorful jackets are attractive to young people.
Promotion: Our Marketing team has set up a potential marketing plan to achieve our
objectives and we believe that the new jacket will be a “must-have” item for the young
people. We will have a campaign of advertisements on Internet, in social media networks, on
TV or even the banner in bid supper market.
Place: The new jacket will be available in our store, in our website and in supper markets.
Customers can easily to purchase jackets directly or order in our web for more conveniences.
If they order in web, the delivery would be proceeded at soonest time depending on the
distances.
I do hope that with our details plans and well preparations, our new jackets will make our
revenues increases in this fiscal year and achieve our goals.

I am Ngan- the Marketing Director in Asia
After the meeting last Wednesday, the marketing department discussed the changes we want to
make when we relaunch Wincote XWS. They are as follows:
- Product: Winter coat
- Price: 35$
- Promotion: Buy three give a 10% discount
- Location: In-store and online in Asia
I will briefly explain why we need to change everything.
After we researched the market, customers are not interested in buying new clothes in winter
because the covid 19 epidemic is still happening in Asia. They do not go out and the money to
shopping is also cut down. If the company wants to increase the quantity, we should reduce the price
from $45 to $35. This will help customers see the rationality and make a faster buying decision.
When we make a promotion, it will help customers invite more of their friends to buy. I think 70% is
online, no one wants to go to the store, the situation here is quite dangerous. But 30% from young
people and men still come to the store because they like to try on their clothes. We will get good
feedback when they try it directly on their bodies.
