This admission offer letter is subject to your complying with our admission eligibility criteria. If it is
found at a later stage, the information furnished by you in your application is false and incorrect your
admission to the Institute will be cancelled forthwith. In such a case, no refund of fees will be made.

If you accept our admission offer for the programme mentioned in the letter, the second instalment
Rs.40,000+GST 18% must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the offer letter.

Otherwise it will be treated that you are not interested in the programme, and the next eligible candidate
will be offered admission.

Please remit the fee, according to the schedule mentioned below: Candidates interested in Bank Loan can
use the letter “Annexure – B”.

MODE OF PAYMENT

All payments can be made through our online payment system. The students will have to bear
additional charges while paying through the online mode.

Important:

• Once your payment for the 2nd instalment is through, please ensure to update your details in the
Academic Information System (AIS) under the segment “My CV”.

• During the one year programme you have to visit the XLRi Campus once for the Campus
Component. The in-campus module is subjected to the conditions that prevail at the point of time.
These conditions pertain to the Pandemic or any other unavoidable reasons. In case the current
situation maintains the status quo, adequate alternate options with regards to the in-campus
modules will be made available via online sessions.

Online inauguration of the programme and class schedule will be communicated through the AIS
[Academic Information System] notice board.
Please note that the examinations will be conducted online.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

In case of withdrawal from the programme, the request should be placed within 10 days of paying of
Second instalment or 10 days before the commencement of the sessions whichever is earlier.

All the deadlines will be strictly adhered to and no exceptions will be entertained.

All matters of dispute in this regard will be subjected to the legal jurisdiction of Jamshedpur only.

Should it be deemed necessary in the interest of the students, and /or of the Institute and/or of the
profession, the Institute reserves the right to change any information and regulation pertaining to the
calendar, curricular and fees as described at the time of admission, at any point of time without prior
notice. Candidates who travel extensively due to their official or personal commitments are advised not
to take admission in this programme.
