Dear Sir/Madam:

I wish to tender my application for the purpose of designing, defining and implementing
a Commissioning Lock-Out Procedure at your facilities. I have over eighteen years of
supervisory experience. I am trilingual (French, English and Spanish). I possess great
planning, writing and conflict resolution skills which play an integral part in my day to
day duties and I am able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

As you will see from my attached resumé, I have supervisory work experience and
accreditations. I also have experience working abroad which is highlighted by the four
separate contracts I undertook in Algeria and Panama spanning sporadically from 2006
to 2019. While working abroad, I single handedly developed a Lock-Out Procedure which
became standardized and is still being used to this day. I also had the opportunity to
train and oversee other supervisors to ensure the proper lock-out protocol was adhered
to.

Prior to my work in Algeria, I spent over thirty (30) years, working as a Recovery Boiler
Foreman for a pulp and paper mill in Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario CANADA.

My work experience has contributed to my leadership, administrative, time management

and problem solving skills. I am always courteous and professional and take great pride
in my work.
