Web Launch

I had a difficult time creating the hyperlink. Once I was able to create it, it would not
work with one click. I followed the teachers’ instructions on disabling the “Ctrl-click”, but
it did not work. I researched on the web how to do this and it was very difficult to find. I
spent a lot of time figuring this out. Although, it was a bit frustrating to figure out, I am
glad I learned how to do this because this will work out when I create something for my
students.

Students use a variety of technologies within a design process to identify and solve
problems by creating new, useful or imaginative solutions.

I can see this fitting into all areas of the school curriculum. An area I thought of would
be reading. I could create a game for elementary kids, I could say for instance make a
site word list that the students can play using the whiteboard. I can have animals on
the front and hyperlink a word and the students can match and play. This would give
them a chance to get up in front of the class, click on the whiteboard and say the word,
try to match it, and if they do they get a sticker, a prize, etc. This would be a fun lesson
