MULTIMEDIA POSTER PRESENTATION COMPETITION GUIDELINES

PARTICIPATION
• An individual participant can submit up to 2 posters
• No. of participants per poster
Ph.D. Scholars - Individual presentation
M.Tech - 2 students or individual presentation
B. Tech – Maximum 4 students
• All the authors involved in the poster presentation must register. Only registered
participants will get the certificate of presentation.

POSTER PRESENTATION
The poster presentation should be in the following format

• Poster should be a still image (240p / 360p)

• There could be audio - voice over / background sound for the still poster
• The text should be in Times New Roman with the respective sizes Heading - 36,
subheading - 24 and data - 18
• The poster must be created in landscape format
• The participants can use subtitles within the poster (like Abstract, Objectives,
Literature, Block diagrams, Graphical data, Result pictures, Applications,
References, etc) according to their subject/topic domains
• The poster could include scrolling data
• The animation could be included (MPEG – 1080p)
• Duration for the poster should strictly not exceed more than 30s.

• Registration fee Rs.250/- for all Jain University Scholars and Students.

• Please Note: It is mandatory for all the 4th-year UG students, PG students & Ph.D.
scholars to register.
• All the registered participants must attend the pre-conference events which are
scheduled from 7th May 2022 onwards.
• After registration, the registered candidates will receive the schedule of all the pre-
conference events along with zoom IDs through email.
