Malefics entering the Kota increase the probability of health troubles, benefics entering the Kota are protective. While analyzing the entry and exit, one should never forget that for Rahu and Ketu, the normal exit roads become entry roads and vice versa. Following example is of a female child who was suffering from serious heart disease from birth for which she was operated upon 22nd April 1996. She recovered after that and was discharged from hospital on 10th May 1996. The transit position of planets in the Kota Chakra was as follows. * Sun was in Stambha nakshatra, Saturn and Mars were in entry roads. Saturn as 8th Lord and Mars as 6th Lord were afflicting the Karaka for heart, ise, Sun, in the birth horoscope. * Venus and Mercury were on exit road. Rahu & Ketu were also on their exit roads (normal entry roads are exit roads for Rahu & Ketu) which is a protective aspect. * A benefic Jupiter was also on entry road. Thus, with the danger caused by malefics on entry path, the child was also having some protective transit (e.g. Rahu & Ketu moving out and Jupiter entering) which helped her recover from the ailment. Where the malefic planets are on entry road and also in Madhya or Central segment, they can do maximum harm. Like in example of Pt. Nehru, in Principle-01, all the malefics in "Madhya" were on entry roads (i.e, Sun, Saturn and Rahu) and Venus was on the exit road.
