Work done:
This week, I worked on the BNY (Bangla New Year) campaign, which is one of Shadmart's
largest. I was shifted to working in CSR my line manager has decided to give me the project.
Learning:
As a result, it is the job of the marketing team to undertake consumer research and analysis in
order to determine the best approach to portray CSR initiatives to the target audience. Finally, a
dynamic marketing approach will create a link between CSR and brand equity, benefiting all
parties involved.
Observation:
Although both clients and agencies are free to let their imaginations run wild when it comes to
this type of campaign, looking for the most appealing, insightful, and emotional way to reach out
to customers, putting together a good, strategic, and creative CSR campaign is not as simple as
some may believe.
Notable incident:
Increase consumer and staff involvement, which will benefit the company in various ways.
