Dear Madam:
I am truly sorry on how I dealt with things in the tuck shop earlier in the month. As a sales
representative, there was no need for how I treated you as a student. I was wrong with how I
responded to you and even saying unpleasant words to you and infront the rest of the students.
My attitude will surely be improved as school starts back. As I said before, I am indeed sorry for
the incident that occurred.
I trust that you will accept my apology and move on from what happened.
