Dear Sir:
I am writing to complain of an incident which happened in the school’s tuck shop, involving
the sales representative.
I was in the line on March 22, 2020 at 2:35 pm respectively, purchasing my lunch at Westwood
High School. When I was at the front of the line, I purchased 3 items including: 2 waters and 1
cheese patty. When I got the patty, it tasted funny. I looked in the bag and saw a bug in the food.
I immediately went to the sales representative and told her what I found. She did not believe me.
Therefore, she accused me of lying and that I am only there to cause trouble. I showed her the
bag even though she called me a liar. Unfortunately, she still did not believe and said that I
placed the bug there myself. I asked her if I could get another patty or receive my money back.
The sales representative began to raise her voice and saying unpleasant things, and please note
that there are other students in the line while this is happening.
I don’t have to get back my money, but I hope you can deal with this situation on how I got
treated as a student. I trust that you will understand this matter on how a student got treated.

Yours respectfully,
D. Hodges
