I think we should continue to follow the tradition of our company. Because this is a
manufacturing company, our guideline is to put the interests of our customer first, well
we should hire people who know and understand that guideline.
Yeah, those people need to follow the rules, behave professionally and conscientiously,
and effectively.
Yeah totally, and speaking of the quality. We are a manufacturing company so first of all,
each of us is responsible for our words, our actions, and our results.
That's right, products must be made with the highest perfection, ensuring safety, to gain
the trust and confidence of customers. We have to act with absolute honesty and integrity
in everything we do.
But I think teamwork should be the case, cause we achieve more when we all work
together right?
Yeah. But the one also important is that value and develop our employees’ diverse
talents. And there are some bonus or extra salary policies to keep those talented people.
But how do you know if the person has any of the above?
Well we check the candidate's CV carefully (like candidate jumps level too fast, jumps
too much, CV is unbelievably perfect), gives detailed questions or a test, check social
media (maybe LinkedIn and see if these match), observe attitudes and body language,
contact references.
Ohh yeah, I’m sure our what we have just discuss will help our in finding the right
person. I will sum up and present to the director next week.
