describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have positively

influenced others, helped resolve disputes, or contributed to group efforts over time?
yes I have one time it was the junior year it was summertime and I had enrolled in
summer school for the construction and our leader/foreman who was in charge of our
team he would always goof off or show up late and he eventually stopped coming and
we only had a week and a half to finish our project which was building a shed and I
stepped up to lead our team to finish it.

2. what would you say is your greatest talent or skill how have you developed or
demonstrated that talent over time my greatest talent is playing call of duty I'm quite
proud of myself for this one my kd is 1.8 which is pretty good among regular players this
skill is a little bit meaningful to me because when I was little my brothers used to beat me
every time but now I can play them and beat them all together

3. Describe the most significant challenge you have faced and the steps you have taken to
overcome this challenge how has this challenge affected your academic achievement.
My greatest challenge was talking in front of a class such as giving presentations or
even answering questions or being called on to read this affected my academic achievements
because I didn't want to do these things so my grades would go down but now I just do it
because of my grades
