THE FIRST THING IS TO UNDERSTAND AND ASSUME THAT WE ARE DOING THE RIGHT
THING and that we stay home because of responsibility. Compliance with the rules gives
us the peace of mind of doing everything in our power and produces serenity.

2. CREATE YOUR DAILY ROUTINE AND YOUR FAMILY'S: With the little ones, make posters
with the schedules.

corner of calm, a space for the family ... Find time to share with them, but respect time
and individual space .

4. KEEP CONTACT WITH THE EXTERIOR: with your loved ones, recover forgotten
friendships ... you will be part of the whole.

5. MANAGE YOUR MOOD: normalize the emotions that appear, you have the right to feel
what you feel in these circumstances, accept your emotions and help your family manage
and express them.

activities that satisfy me, cooking, reading, playing an instrument, learning to value our
lives, the people around me, our routine, now it looks different It will help us to make a
personal reflection on our life.

7. TAKE CARE: Maintain physical activity (walks in the hallway, climb stairs, look for
guided videos) take time for yourself (hydrate yourself, get dressed, put on makeup…
don't be in your pajamas!) You will be a model for those around you.

8. DO NOT SATURATE WITH INFORMATION, PUT LIMITS, not be informed all day because
we can obsess, give ourselves rest times, not be overwhelmed with the times, dates or
dates, suggest that they arrive, although we do not know when.

9. PARTICIPATE IN ALL THE SOLIDARITY ACTS YOU CAN: to send a part of the solution and
not victims of the problem (clap on the balcony, posters in the elevator, call an older
person to see how they are, drawings for the windows. ..).

10. SEEK PSYCHOLOGICAL HELP IF YOU THINK YOU NEED IT. Go to any phone that is
enabled, do not feel alone, we are all in this together.
