Dear Sir,
I am writing to you regarding the innovation strategy that I have prepared and the innovation
strategy presentation that I will present in the management meeting happening tomorrow.

I have attached the innovation strategy document file and presentation file of the innovation
strategy. These documents outline the overall innovation strategy to be implemented in King
Edward VII College. It contains the vision and objectives for innovation, innovative practices,
processes, and product and services, process and system level mechanisms, communication and
consultation process and key performance indicators.

In the meeting I will be presenting the innovation strategy and seek feedback on the same. For
the presentation, the tools I will be using are PowerPoint presentation. Further I will be showing
some videos that show how some of the practices outlined in the presentation have been
successfully implemented by various organization around the globe in wide variety of industries.
