Unit 6: Write about one type of engine that you like

I’m going to write about my favourite engine. My favourite engine is Inline

engine. 4-inline engine confirgurations can be found in most 4-cylinder
vehicles requiring compactness, lightness, power stability as well as fuel
economy. Inline engines have many advantages. Due to the compact
inline engine, it can be positioned vertically, or horizontally with the
engine bay. Not too expensive to be able to manufacture, upgrade,
replace, and repair engine parts or components. The structure is simple.
Light, with little moving details. More fuel efficient than V engine.
However, it also has many downsides. It is limited in capacity. The force
generated by the up and down movement of the piston impact unevenly
on the crankshaft and cause the engine to shake the center of gravity is
high. This type of engine does not work enduringly, smoothly with
engines I6, V6, V8,…. Inline engine are cheaper than I6 and V8 engines.
Although more and more engines are born, it is always a good choice for
drive.
