Welcome to the podcast show “Radio Speakers for a day”.

I’m Angeles, English student at the Official School of languages and today I’ll be talking about
music and the great impact it has on the brains of people who receive musical sounds and play
an instrument.

Would’t you like to know how music can help you to significantly activate your neurological
functions and all their benefits?

To start with it, there is a widespread scientific knowlege that states that musicians who play
an instrument, not only will their brain functions strenghen but also will they improve their
their emotional and social skills

produce flashes of light throughtout their brain. By connecting a machine to a person's brain, it
has been shown that some parts of their brain have begun to activate strikingly at the time of
listening to music. Even more meaningful when the person started playing an instrument.
Surprisingly, the two parts of the brain connected to each other.

In recent years there have been important research and discoveries related to music which
have helped to remarkably increase our knowledge about the connection with the brain.

Here we find some of its benefits.

- Improves the level of attention and cognitive and emotional analysis.


- They recover memories more easily.
- Allows solving problems more effectively and creatively in both academic and social
contexts.
