Good governance
refers to the requirements of the administration of a project to ensure that matters are dealt
properly and legal protection of the stakeholders as well as rule of law are given due
consideration. The principles of good governance apply to all stakeholders of the project and it
is difficult, if not impossible, to achieve sustainable development impacts without them.
