WEEKLY MEETING - WEEK 1

CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESS ROAD, DRAINAGE AND SUPPORTING
FACILITIES AROUND MAIN GATE OF THE
CENTRAL JAVA CFPP 2 X 1000 MW

1. CC will complete Construction Drawing for MC – 0 on 21 April 2022.

2. CC will complete Method Statements as follows:
a. Survey: Awaiting for PTW. It will be completed on 20 April 2022
b. Earthwork, including equipment and schedule: Awaiting for PTW
3. CC also waiting for a Periodic ID Card – Staff and Temporary ID Card -
Workers from Nawakara. BPI – Security Team will support expediting the
process.
4. Temporary fence will be installed on 20 April 2022.
5. Heavy Equipment, as follows:
a. Excavator PC 200 (1 Unit) and Operator, including license will be
provided on 20 April 2022.
b. Dump Trucks 8T: partially depend on-site condition.
6. Genset 5000 Watt
Contractor will coordinate with BPI – HSE Team prior to operation.
7. Color of safety helmet will be discussed with BPI – HSE Team.
8. Contractor shall revise Construction Schedule, as follows:
a. Earthwork of east area
b. Curb, etc shall be completed on Week 8
