I believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, Creator (Maker) of heaven and earth and of all things
visible and invisible.
And in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all ages. Light
of Light, true God of true God, begotten, not made, of one essence with the Father, by whom all things
were made. Who for us and for our salvation came down from heaven and was incarnate by the Holy
Spirit and the Virgin Mary and became man. He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate and suffered
and was buried. He rose again on the third day, according to the Scriptures and He ascended into
heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and
the dead. His kingdom will have no end.
And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of life, who proceeds from the Father, Who, with the Father
and the Son together is worshipped and glorified, Who spoke by the prophets.
And in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church, I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins, I
expect the resurrection of the dead and the life of the age to come. Amen
Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as
it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we also forgive those
who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. Amen
Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are you, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against
you falsely, for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in the heavens.
