3. Failure to purchase this will have a negative impact.
Failure to purchase the new relief valve could cause significant system damage.
4. Weather problems in the area resulted in damage to the computer system.
Severe thunderstorms in the area caused the PLC programs to crash.
5. The most recent occurrences were caused by insufficient personnel.
With the lack of absent employees; Larry, Curly and Moe, on Monday April 11, 2022, the PLC
programs could have been saved.
