1. Site inspection is not possible for this kind of work.

This Inspection must be carried out only

our factory.
2. After the machine arrives to our factory it takes at least one-week time to inspect and
submit the report.
3. The inspection and reporting charges RS 20,000 must you have to pay.
4. Before sending the machine to our factory, you must confirm the engine should be in
running condition and hydraulic system also working condition.
5. If the engine does not start properly, you will be responsible for the cost of repairing the
engine to start-up.
6. Delivery time will be given depending on the nature of the work and the availability of
spares.
7. In case of inability to service the existing electronic system, the entire electronic system will
be modified as per our standard. And you have to confirm to for that.
8. Warranty not applicable for all spare parts.
9. Service warranty will be providing 3 months (only labour) after the machine delivery at our
factory. If you call us during that service warranty, you will have to pay for our engineers'
travel expenses, accommodation, lodge-to-site transportation.
10. Transportation and insurance will be customer oriented.
11. At the time of confirmation, 50% of the advance payment must be paid for the quote value
and the balance amount must be paid before delivery.
12. The necessary documents (manuals) about the machine should be given at the time of work
confirmation. (parts and technical manuals)
