2.What do you want to study?
Project management, Management of Innovation and Entrepreneurship
3.What got you interested in this field?
I met many people in project management and their income in life impressed me. I
want to be one of the people like Brett Harned, Susanne Madsen who act with reliable
steps and team to their goals and to represent my country in this field.
4.What do you hope to achieve by pursuing your degree in this field?
Some countries are digitally weak, and this affects them a great deal technologically. I
want to study in this field and help alleviate these problems.
5.What motivates you towards you chosen field?
I did small projects and i was very enthusiastic and good at these projects. I choose
my teammates well in this field and also motivate them. I think one should be able to
motivate himself in such a job.
6.Do you have an idol/somebody that inspires you? if yes, who and why?
Susanne Madsen. I have read many of her books such as "The power of project
leadership" and "The project management coaching workbook". In these books, there
are important information to be a good manager, making plans, generating ideas,
executing plan as well as setting plan B as well as plan A, and so on.
7.Are you up to date on what is going on in the world of your field? what book
was it and why?

Terry Schmidt's book “Strategic project


management made simple" is one of the best strategic books in this field, because the
importance of management determines the strategy applied. Sometimes some managers
make the job difficult, but this book can strategically help people.
8.Has a book influenced you to choose your desired field? what book was it and
why? David Allen's book " Getting things done” was the best book i read 8 years ago.
This book impressed me in choosing this field because the book helped me with some
of my choices in life at the same time, because management does not end in a project,
a person should manage himself, his choices and his own future as much as possible.
9.Do you like watching movies or TV shows? what are you favorites and why?
One of my favorite movies is "The wolf of wall street". Because Jordan Belfort, the
main role, works due to his desire for more money and reaches the position he wants.
10.Have you taken part in any extracurricular activities?
I volunteered for 1 year. Here I helped people in many areas.
11.Have you participated in any internship? If yes, was it related to your field
and what did you learn from it?
I did my main internship as HR at National Olympic Committee for 2 months. There, I
voluntarily helped with state-owned software work and worked in the implementation
and execution of projects.
12.How do you work under pressure?
If I’m under pressure I work hard to be in the position of the person who presses me.
13.How do you work in a group?
I work patiently and diligently because my work in the group also represents my team.
14.Any difficult experiences faced in school that helped strengthen your
motivation towards your field?
We should have divided at school and made a project about art. I made a project and
presented the psychology status of artists like Van Gogh, who suffered from
psychology and reflected this on their own paintings.
15.How do you spend your free time? Do you have any hobbies?
In my spare time I go to the gym and sometimes play football.
16.Where would you like to see yourself 5 years from now?
I'd like to be in a position to write a book on project management and sell it to other
people.
